Once they’ve got your details, they will contact you at the earliest opportunity via email or phone to discuss your project in depth, help you understand what it will involve and show you what our heat pumps for homeowners look like.

If you decide to accept our quotation, a date for your installation will be discussed and agreed at a time to suit you. Once the installation is completed, we will produce a handover pack, this includes the final invoice, warranty information and manuals for the products that we have installed. We will also demonstrate what has been installed and where and set you up on any applications that are required to monitor your energy performance.

What schemes are available for homeowners?
There are a range of grants and funding for eligible homeowners. What is available to you will depend on your circumstances and what energy efficient measure you are looking to install. For example, the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) pays out £5,000 towards the cost of an air source heat pump or £6,000 for a ground source heat pump. This could equate to around 30-50% of the installation costs depending on the system you choose. When installing a heat pump, or any other heating system, it is important that your home is well insulated. Our team always survey your property and produce accurate heat loss calculations to ensure a heat pump is suitable for your home.
